Many projects do require permits — we handle the permitting process for you to keep things stress-free. (ad client cost)

Yes — every project has a dedicated manager to coordinate everything and keep you updated regularly and depending on the size you will have a Senior and Junior PM or only a Senior PM.

8. What kind of warranty do you offer?

We stand behind our work with warranties on labor for 2 years on failure however it does not include wear and tear. For materials we stand behind supplier warranty on the product. (terms vary based on project and materials used).

14. What brands and materials do you use?

We work with trusted, high-quality suppliers — and we’re happy to recommend options based on your style and performance needs.

15. Can I choose my own fixtures, finishes, and appliances?

Yes! You can select the materials and finishes, you only need to let us know so we can fill the finish design sheet.

Yes — we’re experienced in working with HOA requirements but we will need you to review that yourself with HOA.
